Sweet News: Lindt to Open UK's Largest Chocolate Pick & Mix Megastore

Lindt is set to open a spectacular new megastore in London, featuring the UK's largest Lindor Truffle Pick & Mix experience.

Located in the heart of Piccadilly Circus, this store promises to be an immersive haven for chocolate enthusiasts. For the first time in the UK, Lindt will introduce its Master Chocolatiers, with three highly skilled, classically trained chocolatiers crafting fresh chocolate right before visitors' eyes. Alongside the chocolatiers, the store will feature a Lindt Chocolate bar, offering a variety of barista-style drinks, including rich hot chocolate, coffee, milkshakes, and ice cream.

The store will be opening at 2pm on 21st March.

M&S Launches AI-Powered Wine Selection Tool

M&S has launched an innovative AI wine finder tool to assist customers in choosing the perfect bottle from its extensive selection of over 400 wines.

The new rollout, developed in collaboration with US-based AI tech company Preferabli, will be available online for approximately 570 stores and featured at point-of-sale displays in 20 foodhalls across the UK.

Caroline Thompson-Hill, Head of Beers, Wine and Spirits at M&S Food, said: ""By utilising AI, the Wine Finder tool helps encourage customers to try different regions, grapes and bottles they've not considered before. By suggesting wines to try, we'll help customers make decisions in stores and hopefully find some new favourites".

Whole Moon Launches 'First Ever' Coconut Milk Made with Whole Coconut Meat, No Creams or Oils

US plant-based beverage brand Whole Moon has launched a groundbreaking coconut milk product, touted as the 'first ever' to use whole coconut meat without any creams or oils.

The product is made using a unique process that combines whole-roasted almonds, oats, pistachios, soybeans, and coconut meat, creating a beverage with a rich, slightly nutty flavour and a full-bodied texture.
